We examined over 80,000 macrolide prescriptions for more than 170,000 U.S. Special Operations Forces (SOF) Service Members (SM) from 2011-2022. 

Clarithromycin doubled the controlled adjusted risk of anxiety and trauma-related stress diagnoses four months following prescription.
